Provide full spectrum of HR functions which include but not limit to manpower, planning, recruitment, compensation & benefits, training & development and staff relations; Handle monthly payroll calculations, MPF, taxation, staff records maintenance and benefit administration Analyze, identify and develop effective HR strategies, policies and operation systems to support the business needs in achieving corporate goals and visions Keep abreast of local legislation’s update and ensure HR policies and practices are compliance to local legislation's supporting to the business objectives and competitive in the market Responsible for handling expatriate relocation relevant matters (including working visa application) Ad hoc projects as assigned
Degree holder with at least 5 years of gained in MNC or sizable companies Should be possess patience, meticulous, self-motivated, good time management manners Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is required Proficiency in MS Office applications is required *More experience will be considered as HR Manager We offer competitive package including public holidays, shuttle bus from Fanling, Tin Shui Wai and Long Ping MTR station, medical insurance, free luncheon and discretionary bonus.
